Everyone that we have dealt with at the McKnight rd office has been great! From Calin, the branch manager to Amy who helped us change the car titles, everything was smooth and easy. Megan in the travel department helped us plan a trip to Croatia. Her knowledge and expertise made this so easy and simple. Everyone in this office is pleasant, friendly and helpful. A shout out to Annette.
Transferred a car title yesterday at this location. The buyer and I walked in together and walked to the front desk where a lady asked us what we needed. Car title transfer was the answer. She ask us for the needed documents. We had them and we were asked to have a seat. Ten minutes later we were asked to the service window. Ann was very pleasant and completed the paperwork efficiently. Highly recommend this service. No need to be a member of AAA. Just has a fee for non members
I had to get my fingerprints done for work, and after the original appointment was canceled at the UPS store, I made the appointment here. I was taken right away, which I appreciate, but the employee who started off nice doing the fingerprints quickly became exasperated because my prints wouldn't register. At one point, I actually got reprimanded for 'washing my hands too much', which I didn't even realize was a thing.
It took almost 45 minutes to get my prints, which is no one's fault, but when I thanked the woman for her help and patience, all I got was a glare. In the future, I'll go elsewhere.
