This company was my landlord. When I had a leak in my room they said they would provide towels and a fan. They didn’t. Our fridge was leaking our whole lease, sent Brittany and a plumber out once. Neither followed up, meanwhile our food continued to spoil. Gratefully, I got my security deposit back in full, but they sent it to me through a method I did NOT want. Even though I emailed numerous times I never got a follow up. My security deposit was truly the last straw. Why ask for preferred method if you are going to ignore it? I have been taking in ‘junk’dirt and stuff the company I work for, that’s doing work for the city of Pittsburgh, to Merantes dirt dump, and the guys up on the hill and their drivers are not only helpful but seem like really good people. I can’t say what they do or comment on that work I can only comment on dumping dirt up there and the drivers and operators that I’ve met.

Don’t use their crushed concrete. I had 20+ ton delivered and it was filled with red brick, metal, carpet, an old alternator, wood, rebar. They only charged me for the delivery but it cost me more to load it in a dumpster and have it thrown away.away. I was just very disappointed with the product.
