Josh did a job for me. He was a little late due to unforeseen circumstances, but immediately communicated. He was friendly, professional and very detail-oriented. Josh stayed until the job was 100% complete. Very reasonable prices. He got the job done in a timely manner by himself. I would recommend him and will be using his services again!
I must admit that Josh is extremely meticulous in his work. He's hardworking and highly professional, although his shortcomings are quite evident.Before owning my own restaurant, I worked in the industry for nearly ten years. We used several other companies for hood cleaning services before Josh came along. Their performance was never exceptional, and there were times when I thought they were just terrible.However, Josh truly exceeded expectations. Everything appeared brand new after he completed his work.The challenge, though, is getting in touch with him. Talk about going the extra mile. That’s the level of service we got at La Calera. Our hood motor failed and we couldn’t find anyone to fix the problem. Josh from 412 Hoods really came through.
