I was impressed by the follow up I received from her ensuring my certified Rolex was operating as it should months after the purchase. I truly feel like a valued customer. Nice jewelry but very expensive. Definitely do not pay the price tag on it. But the people who work there are very kind, helpful l, considerate and respectful. Just the prices were a little out of my league.To top that off I went to another jewlery store to have my necklace appraised and they stated they would have sold me the same necklace for 1/6 of the price which they had a similar one for just that. So if your not rich and actually want the right price in thing stay away from there.

They have some great and exotic items but reaching them by phone is a lost cause I like 20 hrs from Pittsburgh. I bought several items when I went there on vacation several years ago! I'm not going 20+ hrs and they're not there anymore! Or anything else
