From the initial consultation through clean up, our experience with Kelly and Chuck of Family Floors LLC was superior!  The team listens to your needs, analyzes the situation, and makes suggestions based upon their wealth of experience.  The communication between Family Floors and myself, as the customer, was outstanding. We loved working with Family Floors from beginning to end! Kelly was thoughtful, helpful and fun to be with while we were selecting options and deciding on our new backsplash. Chuck and Matt did an excellent job installing the tile and they were genuinely focused on bringing our vision to fruition for our family’s kitchen. We highly recommend Family Floors!
