Friendly, Efficient, and Skilled are the first words that come to mind in reguard to LVPG-Pinegrove. Dr. Russell was great!

I switched my PCP to Dr Russel’s office in Pine Grove about 2 years ago now. I love the new office that was recently built, that staff and Drs. Are wonderful and attentive. I am able to call and connect with someone as needed on the phone or on the app and get in to be seen. I feel I’m heard and treated respectfully well as a patient. They take time to listen and figure out a game plan for whatever is needed. I am pleased with the care I receive from this office.

This was the best visit I have had in sometime.

My husband is active duty army and we have seen a number of doctors all over the country. I haven’t had this kind of care in almost 10 years.

Tanya truly heard me out and wanted to help me without judgement. She helped me with a plan of execution to get my health back on track and I can’t think her enough for it. Her bedside manner is phenomenal!!! This visit made me want to seek help if ever there are further issues instead of just ignoring them bc as many know sometimes doctors visits are just a waste of time.

I’m also so excited to transfer my kids to this office.

The office is brand new, super clean. I was able to get an appointment here faster then at my normal doctors office.

The front desk staff was also so dang nice too!!!

Eh. I've been to several other PCPs and this one is definitely not my favorite. Office staff is usually rather rude both on the phone and in person. The doctors don't really seem to care if there's something wrong, they'd rather you just be fine so they don't have to do anything.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get vaccine. I was told that they only give vaccines to their patients. I am not sure what magical thing prevents my daughter from becoming a patient to get her vaccines but thought that was the most bizarre thing I have heard a doctors office ever say. What does that mean? I am sure there is something brilliant I am missing about how to become a patient besides making an appointment to become one. Is LVPG patient status something you are born with? Something from a LVPG medical fairy visit? Is there a patient that can help me out? How did you do it?
