Of course, my heater broke at the first cold snap. Even though they were super busy they got a tech to me the next day. Bill was awesome, he figured out the problem got the part ordered and installed it as soon as he could get it. Even though a broken heater is a crappy thing this was a positive experience. Recently had a Roth oil tank installed outside and the installation went smoothly. Technician was on time and professional. They set up an oil delivery for the same day. Was concerned about the outside install, but they installed a heater line on the oil line and no issues so far. Completely satisfied with the process.
