So grateful to have this wonderful team taking care of my 4 senior dogs! They take the time to investigate and learn everything they can about our pets. We never feel rushed and no question is ever treated as stupid or dismissed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one time my daughter was late, they were concerned and not punitive. She’d tripped over the dog’s leash and fell causing the delay. They offered her some gauze and kind words when she arrived with bloodied hands and knees. We’re almost always on time. So glad we found Valley Veterinary Hospital. A friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Sohvi and I were treated with kindness, smiles and good energy. Much appreciated ???
Finally just getting to update my reviews today however absolutely loved this place.. took my dog here about a month ago and has great quality customer care and support. Very personable and understanding and attentive to animals needs
