Dan did a thorough inspection that made me feel much more confident about my home purchase. I used to be chairman of the board of health in my town so I take inspections seriously and I know how to evaluate inspectors. He was able to identify several minor and (luckily only a few) major things and got the paperwork typed up quickly so my agents could put in a same-day request for repairs from the seller.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dan was prompt and so thorough. He found every potential thing that could be a challenge with our new home and we were able to address it with the sellers. I cannot recommend him enough! If you want someone who will give you a detailed report but also explain it to you, then he’s your guy.

Very thorough, well explained, and well documented inspection of our new home. Answered every question clearly and left no detail out. If only all service providers I employed were as professional as Mr Keogh. Exemplary job.
