However, my pet was euthanized yesterday. So our experience was devastatingly heartbreaking. Just letting you know that maybe it's a better idea to flag an account or word the text message to ask about the experience a bit differently when the client loses their cherished pet. I know the survey is auto-generated, but the wording is not applicable to all clients.
Dr Cauffield and Christine were great at making my overly anxious dog, comfortable, literally getting on the floor with us and really took extra time to evaluate and ease my worried mind about her presenting symptoms.
The front desk staff were supportive and friendly and the ease of checkout in the examination room vs waiting room is another plus.
