Honestly I didn’t have a great first time experience. Whoever did my nails was unfriendly, kept getting upset about the way my thumb naturally kind of flexes at rest, and she did a pretty bad job (very uneven dip all across the nail, crooked extensions). Decided to give them one more shot as I live right downtown and it’s a convenient spot and I had Lily who just did such a terrific job. She is so friendly and easy to talk to and did great nail work. I’ve continued going back to her since then and she easily makes this place a 5 star experience!
