?In our time of need JJ Powell took care of us. Thank you Tom for moving your schedule around so we could get a new furnace put in & have heat in these very cold temps. Your guys Todd, Jake & Shawn were very professional & friendly,Thanks guys. Also Thanks to your staff for answering all my questions.Now we're warm & cozy.?I Highly recommend JJ Powell of Philipsburg.
I hope you realize what a gem you have in Mariano. Honest, conscientious, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. In addition, the prices are great too, but regardless, we would still use you to get Mariano!
Had them service my oil boiler due to noisy gushing baseboards. Bled the system, no go. Replaced the expansion tank, still noisy. Called around noon today to tell them I was experiencing the same problem-- less than an hour later Rob was back here, took care of the issue and we are up and running.
It's not always possible to get things right on the first try. What matters to me is putting in the effort to get things corrected. I am grateful for a good level of service from JJ Powell and technician Rob. Great job guys.
