The price for a men hair cut is outrageous 28 dollars for a men hair cut. I go a mile down the road and can get it for 12.99 and they do a good job.. they both do a good job but I'm not paying 28 dollars when I can pay 12.99

passed by a little while ago while i was visiting the states and was in desperate need of just a trim, i couldn’t walk without my hair blowing and seeing split ends cross my vision, made me feel borderline embarrassed! I booked in with Rosina and from the get go she was an absolute angel. her hospitality, her customer service, stories she shared with me about her daughters time in Australia (where i was visiting from) and just her general and genuine care for me, listening to what i wanted and what i was looking for even though it was just a bare basic trim, you’d be out of your mind to book with anyone else or think she herself isn’t a living hair angel! thank you so much for your time Rosina!

After my most recent experience, I will never return nor would I recommend this place or any of its stylists to anyone. I went in to have my hair colored and cut with Jessica. I had some color on my ends, so I wanted that removed and to have a dark blonde applied all over. I showed her a few reference photos for the color and, for some reason, she had me pick a swatch from a color book (which was woefully inaccurate). I didn't know anything about numbers/levels since I tend to stay my natural color, so I just chose the swatch that was closest to the color I wanted. She removed the color from my ends with a color remover, then went to mix the color for my all-over color. My sense of smell has been all but gone since getting sick a few years ago, so I didn't realize she was applying bleach to my hair and directly to my scalp until she was finished and I was spun around to face the mirror. Maybe she had a certain process, though, so I didn't say anything. After processing, she took me to rinse my hair and she was talking with a different stylist. My ends had turned green (which was not a big deal if we were going to darken my hair) and she said she wasn't sure why it happened since she'd added gold to the mix. I wasn't too bothered by the color, so we went back to the chair where I thought she was going to mix a darker color more akin to what I'd asked for. Especially since my hair was now bright, pale yellow. I asked if it was going to be so warm in the end because I don't like warm tones, and she said, "no, hair is always lighter when it's wet". Which is 1. wrong and 2. not what I'd asked. She cut and dried my hair and that was it. There was no darker color mixed or applied like I'd wanted. (My cut, by the way, was awful because the layers are so choppy and not blended and the ends look like a very dull kitchen knife cut them.) I expressed my disappointment and she tried to fix it by using darker foils to "break up" the color but my hair wouldn't take anything else. She said she would fix it a different day, so I came in a few days later and, once again, showed her the reference photo. She kept repeating that she "can't use ash on [my] hair because it will turn green" and that my hair naturally lifted gold (yet, she had told the other stylist she'd added gold to the initial color, so which is it?). She just added darker foils to try to make it appear darker and I left. I didn't want her to do anything else to my hair and will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. After getting my hair and reference photo looked at by a different stylist, I learned she lifted my hair to a level 9 blonde when my reference photo was about a level 6. She also didn't use toner on my hair (and never mentioned it) to remove the warmth I said I did not like. I called within a week of my service to request a refund or even partial refund because I will now have to pay more money to have my hair fixed and I just can't afford it. This cut and color was not anywhere near the $240 I paid for it. I spoke to the assistant manager, Jade, who told me I would have to come in that day to have it fixed (even though I'd already been there once to have it fixed) if I didn't want to have to pay again. But there weren't even any openings that day, so I'd have to go in a different day (and then pay to have it fixed). I didn't want to go back again because after the second visit, my hair started falling out and was so coarse and dry when I normally have very soft, fine hair. I called a second time because I just wanted my money back to get my hair fixed, and Jade refused to speak to me. The woman who answered the phone said I would have to call back in three days if I wanted to speak to her. This is absolutely ridiculous and just rude. I cannot fathom why I would want to return to the place that ruined my hair to have it fixed. I also can't believe th
