As far as scheduling and getting procedures done expediently it’s far better than State College but someone brings a dog into work there every morning or many times I’ve been scheduled. It runs all over the place. Up to patients sitting waiting for their appointments. Unless it’s a special case or physical assistance dog it’s totally unnecessary and bothersome. I don’t want it coming up to me for attention. It’s a sanitary issue as far as I’m concerned.

So I had an MRI today. I have horrible anxiety and Sara (the woman who did my MRI) was absolutely amazing! She talked me through everything and even made the process so smooth! I highly recommend Sara (geisinger in general) for any of your services! I didn’t feel judged by Sara at all either (I get judged a lot by my appearance) thank you so much Sara and geisinger family!!

Kristen frank is the absolute best doctor in Pennsylvania! She's honest, kind, actually listens, and very understanding! She actually cares about her clients! Thank you for being an amazing doctor.

Can't say I love going to the doctor (who does?) but never any issues when I do go. Always courteous, the staff know what they are doing.
Never a long wait. Usually always on time. Would recommend if you are looking for primary care facility.
