What a breath of fresh air! I had Bryan come out and take a look at my musty smelling basement to find some remedy for it. He was knowledgeable, honest and gave me the suggestions I needed to take care of the issue. I was ready to spend a good amount of money to fix it but he knew just what to do instead and was able to spare my wallet :) I highly recommend!
The owner of Central Steamer Carpet, Brian, went above and beyond to accommodate me when an issue wasn’t being resolved by my apartment rental management.
I have severe allergies and was experiencing breathing difficulties. Brian took it upon himself to return a second time and redo my carpets at his own expense. You simply don’t see that level of service nowadays.
