The service was amazing! Ahmed was incredibly kind and understood my problem. He helped me understand the issue and fixed it the same day. The communication was great, and he was super sweet. I will definitely recommend them again!
Highly recommend, hands down. Personal response 9pm on weekday, fast response time, MAJOR issued dealt with promptly AND came out the following days, as promised, on time, highly communicative and patient. Will definitely use again for any projects or concerns ongoing.
Ahmed was responsive and came out very quickly to check on an electrical emergency and diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable, explained things and answered my questions. He adjusted his schedule to fit in my repair the next day so I wouldn’t be without power in the cold. Throughout he was professional and kind. I would recommend his services.
