I took 2 items in to be altered. One item is amazing. The other item is destroyed and they are blaming me for it being destroyed saying I shouldn’t have washed the shirt. 🤣
Mind you, this shirt is older and I’ve washed it multiple times without any problems.
When I took the shirt in, I wanted the sleeves rolled up and tacked and the length shortened.
I got the shirt back and washed it so I could start wearing it and the stitching fell out everywhere they did work. There are also holes where the fabric ripped from the alteration.
The sleeves were rolled under instead of up and the waste line is now frayed.

I asked for alternations for a lace dress and they were finish with a week. I tried the dress on before leaving and it was perfect. Fast, excellent service for tailoring. The prices are reasonable. I will be returning and I highly recommend.
I’ve used them a ton of times over the years and they’re always great. They will work with you on any deadlines you have. They might be on the pricier side, I haven’t compared them to a ton of spots.
