Richard was incredible to work with. He is very sharp and perceptive, and does not easily back down. He was always available to speak at a moment’s notice, and truly cared about me. He is completely transparent about everything, always taking time to spell out expectations and explain his reasoning and processes. He listened to me and made sure I was in complete understanding and was comfortable at all times. I trusted him completely.
