Voted Philly’s Favorite Barbershop 2024, this traditional barbershop in the heart of Fishtown, Philadelphia. All races, gender identities, sexual orientations, countries of origin, and abilities are welcome. There is no phone; booking is done online. Many report great vibes, friendly barbers, and an old school experience with a new school attitude. The shop plays Power Rangers VHS and Total Recall while cuts are made. Cuts are described as new, great, super comfortable, genuinely the best haircut ever, beyond reasonable price, and done in a lot of time. walkins feel like VIPs and the pay scale thing is super cute with a posting it forward idea. The vibes are inclusive and welcoming to all, and the barbers are comfortable to work with. Many say they will never go anywhere else and will coordinate needing a haircut when they next come back to town.
I’ve been going to the shop for quite a while now and today, I tried a new cut with Seth. I’m so glad we did it and I feel like a new man. Love the vibes here. Especially when they play the Power Rangers VHS.
Eli was fantastic. Super comfortable to work with and a great cut. If it wasn’t a 5 hour drive he’d be my new regular! He took care of my husband and I both as walkins and but we felt like VIPs. Also, Vinnie seems super amazing exactly as described. Great experience. I’ll coordinate needing a haircut when I next come back to town. The pay scale thing is super cute and I love the posting it forward idea
I’ve walked by this place multiple times and have always been interested in trying it out. Finally made an appointment and it turned out great. Seth cut my hair, and he absolutely crushed it. I have been looking for a barber to replace my old one since I moved and I think I found the place. Seth cut my hair exactly how I asked, and did an awesome job. I am also quite happy to find and be able to support a barbershop that is inclusive and welcoming to all. Great place, can’t wait to go again.
Plus, I got to watch Total Recall while I got my haircut. All around, a great experience.
