There were a lot of great tattoo artists and entertainment. I had an appointment set up before hand, but there were plenty of great artists available. Masks were required, per city ordinance, at all times except in the designated food/drink areas. Unfortunately, they weren't really enforcing that very well. They were more worried about you taking food out the area then if you had your mask on. Even artists and security were seen without masks.
