I have been very happy with the quality and care that our home has received from Universal Scrubbers. In particular, I am always so pleased to see Joy. She lives up to her name - she is joyful - friendly, detail oriented and always checks to make sure that we are satisfied. This business deserves five stars for the quality, professional services they provide.
I have been so pleased with the service I have received from Joy. She does an outstanding job cleaning my cottage and gets so much done in the time frame allotted for me. She goes out of her way to make sure that I am satisfied and take pride in making sure that she has addressed all of my needs. HIghly recommended.
