My wife and I paid Tim Johansson to do our taxes from 2020 to 2022. At that time, he was under the name TJR accounting. Long story short, he filed our taxes but never followed up to see whether or not they were accepted by the IRS - they were not. We ended up with a huge fine and interest, along with what we owed. Tim blamed us because I didn't submit my IP pin, which I completely forgot I had. But this should have been a requested item, and he simply should have followed up to confirm the job was complete. Tim at TRJ has been an incredible asset for both my business and personal accounting. Without his help, we would not be in our dream home today. His guidance has always been super helpful in all aspects of our finances. We can't appreciate him any more than we do.
