I was traveling through Philadelphia for work and found this gem of a place for a haircut. I had not gotten a haircut in over a year and a half, Michael was able to take me in and man am I glad I took a chance on this place - I absolutely love my haircut. I let him do whatever he wanted, and I am thrilled with the results. Everyone was also very friendly and the service was impeccable. If I come back through Philly again, I will definitely be paying them another visit!

Thunder and Christa are great. I’ve trusted my hair to Christa for 20 years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s a great stylist and takes the time to understand what works best for your hair.

Thunder is a five star salon run professionally with excellent stylists who deliver every day on behalf of their clients. I have been going to Louis for many years who does beautiful work. Transportation issues ( I live outside Philly) have taken me elsewhere but will return in a minute if and when possible. Happy 2020 to all at Thunder!
