Highest Recommendation! I started virtual training with Mike O. at Philly Personal Training (now The Summit at Rittenhouse) about 2 months ago. I was a little unsure going into it, given that I had very little gym experience to begin with and everything would be virtual. But Mike and the Summit team have exceeded every one of my expectations! (1) He has brought structure and accountability to my overall fitness routine. (2) He is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me the rationale behind every exercise and workout we do. (3) He has helped tailor my workouts to my diet and overall health (including navigating a couple of injuries). (4) They have bridged the technology gap with the seamless virtual training and iPhone app. for when I am training on my own (5) Every person I have talked to there has been a genuinely nice person, which is important. In just over two months, I have seen extremely positive results. I have lost weight, I am significantly stronger, and I have more energy. Absolutely love this place. Interviewed with Rachel, and have met the whole staff, a great group of people. My trainer, MIKE, is awesome. He has developed a routine specific to my needs and goals, and explains the process step by step whereas I am aware of what we are doing and why at all times. Atmosphere is great, everyone is friendly and encouraging. Best step I've made in improving my overall health!
I'm working out with Mike and have had a great experience. I can see physical changes in my body and more importantly I feel better/healthier. I feel like I get a lot out of every class and I find myself looking forward to every class nowadays!
