Terrible management, terrible apartment. Vee is the ABSOLUTE WORST, I don’t know how she has a job. All they do is lie, avoid questions, make up stories, and do everything besides care for their tenants. This place is a joke, avoid it at all costs. Only time they answer is when it’s about money or you threaten legal action

They had tried to do serious structural work unpermitted and had to be shut down from L&I. They eventually did the work the right way, but the workers left slabs of concrete and piles of dirt in the basement. Regis never removed any of the dirt or debris. Representatives at Regis never apologized and said they would never put a tenant in an unsafe housing… read full review
STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. You will regret your decision to engage with this group, mark my words. I recently rented an Airbnb from them, stayed one night, by myself (was hardly in the unit other than to shower and sleep), and they tried slapping me with a $350 find due to a “hole in the wall” which left the unit “unable to rent” for several days”. Uhhhhh… what?
Anyway, while that was the main headache with this group, the entire process, start to finish, in renting through them was a complete disaster. Philly has so many other (much, much better options), don’t torture yourself with Regis.
