The Regis Group has provided excellent service and is quick to respond to any request. Everyone is super friendly and I’ve had a great experience working across their entire team.
I cannot believe some of these reviews below me, as my experience with this property management company has been exceptional compared to PMC, OCF, Greystar etc. I’ve been living here close to 4 years, and there is a reason why I have not moved out of the Wolf Building. The staff is friendly, and has always addressed my maintenance issues as quickly as they possible can. If I need to reach out to Vee (the property manager), she is super accessible and very easy to talk to.It may not be an extravagant building with a plethora of amenities, but the team here does the best they can. If you want to live in a dumpster fire, go to PMC or one of the other big property management companies. They could care less about your living experience.
Great living space, it’s also very close to everything you want to do in the city. The geographical location, provides easy access to the highway. It’s quiet and the maintenance crew is proficient.
