A Pilates class is offered on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 and its excellent. Lori is a wonderful teacher and is always upbeat; she makes the sessions fun. The space for the class is large, open and on beautiful days, sun filled. All the equipment you need for the class is provided. You can really stretch out in the room, which is not the case for many Pilates studios. I highly recommend the class.

The most wonderful environment for all. We have been going to this studio since 2018 and our two boys love their time there. The absolute best teachers around in a positive, motivating environment. The folks who run this studio are kind, professional, organized, and highly skilled! We wouldn’t be anywhere else!

This is our first year at PDA and I could not be more impressed. My daughter took ballet for many years at another school, but needed to switch to a more disciplined program. In just 6 months we have seen a big improvement in her core strength, turnout, flexibility and balance. Plus, the classes are fun and varied, yet challenging. The teachers demand a lot from the girls both physically and mentally, but maintain a light-heartedness that is encouraging. My daughter comes home tired, happy and hungry.
