Although I had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment which put me behind schedule but I must say I love my hair and I hope the next time I can get my hair done exactly the time of my appointment. My stylist was awesome and so down to earth. I give 4 stars because I had to wait an hour pass my appointment. The stylists are so down to earth and sweet. I definitely recommend the loc spot. I love my stylist! ❤️❤️❤️
When you first walk in you are greeted customer service is 10 out of 10. The wash was also a 10 out of 10 had me biting my lips lol😂. I really did not like my re-twist. I am used to clean parts with the comb. They part the hair by using fingers. It is my fault by not asking or getting more information prior to sitting on their chair. I would rate my re-twist a 6/10. Overall, I would recommend for those who go for the more natural look, the less tamed look.
I went here and the service is great wash, retwist and then do your hair and then dry it dont take long so I recommend this place this was my experience. If you get there at 1 you’ll be done like 2:30
