I frequent this laundromat at night/early mornings, so it's not that busy. It's it's clean and the machines do a good job. That said, even when it's busy it's easy to find a machine. There is free drying that goes along with your washing fee. They use my data cards and the machines are $4.49 $7.49 and $9.99 respectively with regard to size.
Very Clean facility some mold and mildew in a few places. Machine malfunction but will recommend to family & friends. Attendee needs to learn better customer service skills yet helpful with malfunctioning.
This place is not the Laundry Cafe anymore. The location is owned by a called AmPm laundry lounge. The premises were clean and everything that was broken has been fixed. The attendant was nice and didn’t get attitude with my questions. My only issue is the ownership change and the fact that my Laundry Cafe card was not honored. I have about $25 on that card. And more, I was told that the other locations were bought so I can’t just go to another location.
Still, all the other stuff still makes this 4star for me and I’ll probably be back.
