I can't say enough positive things about my experience with John and the Josh Allen Team. Having been friendly with him already, I was excited to get to work together professionally. John helped me sell my first property in Graduate Hospital in early March. With the house beautifully photographed by John's team, the house hit the market on Friday and we accepted a great offer on Saturday! It was the best possible outcome anyone could ask for, especially with the Covid shutdown coming the next week. John's negotiation skills really shone through. Shortly after settlement, he was helping me search for and put an offer on my new home. This time, the sale terms were a bit trickier, but my offer was eventually accepted with John's skilled negotiation and advice.I was so impressed by his professionalism, market knowledge, and overall care in answering all of my questions about the home buying/selling process.
