Kinaya is hands down the most knowledgeable, friendly, giving stylist I have ever been to. So, to back up a bit -- I had gone to another stylist a few weeks ago who dyed my hair a color I didn't ask for. I asked for a vibrant purple and she gave me a dark marroon. I was pretty unhappy about it so I searched online for another salon and found Textures and made my appointment. It turns out the previous stylist used a permanent dye on my hair so the marroon/red was incredibly difficult to lift from my hair. An appointment schedueld for an hour and fifteen minutes turned into a four hour appointment because Kinaya was determined to dye my 4c hair the color I wanted without...read full review
