Have been consistently receiving massages from Tedd for 2 years! I am a recreational runner, and no matter the problem areas, Tedd is able to find them and help relieve tightness and soreness, so that I can continue doing what I love out on the trail. Tedd is professional and kind, has significant experience working on all levels of athletes, and always leaves with me a new type of stretch to try as homework.

Tedd has changed my life since I started seeing him a few years ago. With his support I’ve reduced my pain, increased my mobility and virtually eliminated my tension headaches. I had lower back issues for years and Tedd has been able to relieve my pain and brainstorm ways to keep it away. He was also a critical partner in helping me recover from major surgery and return to the sports I’m passionate about.
