I am a Tech Director at a High School outside of Philadelaphia and I used to order lumber from Home Depot or Lowes. Our experience ordering from hardware store was spotty at best. So we decided to check out Tague
The experience could not be more night and day! Our lumber is always delivered within a 2-3 days with tight delivery windows when they can accommodate it.
On top of the improved delivery service, their support/representatives are extremely helpful and responsive when I have questions, or need to submit a new order. Great place to buy building supplies! Been there a bunch of times now. Front desk is especially helpful and friendly even to me as a non-contractor.They also have delivery which has been nice a couple of times when I’ve had larger orders.
It is ok but you have to stop and park on the curb go see the receiver he checks your load then you go a block up the street to there yard where again your load is checked and then removed .. Takes over 1 1/2 hrs for all this and being on a eld if you have to wait for another truck to get unloaded or checked in oh boy...
