We bought a "fixer upper" home, and a mouse infestation was one of many things we needed professional help with right away. I gave Susan a call because her marketing/web presence is very warm and welcoming, and I wanted to support a family/woman-owned business. I am SO glad I did. She is friendly, non-judgmental, and knowledgable. As I was explaining the situation, she pulled up my address online and talked me through the likely scenarios given its location, size, and age. Excellent service and communication!!! Quick response!!! Very honest, friendly and affordable prices from this family owned business!! I called for a termite inspection and they came right out the next day. Only charged us $85 which was much less than some of the other quotes I had received for $150 - $195. Got my report, receipt and certificate immediately after inspection was done. Would highly recommend!!!

I moved into my house two years ago and have had several different bugs (silverfish, centipedes, some kind of beetle, ants), but the house had been empty for months. I had to check my bathtub in the mornings for silverfish. I can pick up a snake, but bugs of ANY kind gross me out. I will freak out if a moth flies into me. I sprayed on the outside and still had smaller problems. I came home from work one day last year to a massive mound of tiny ants on my front patio, and they eventually made it into my living room. (nest was in the garden right under my front window). I used Terro and that worked, but I noticed them coming back this year. My husband did not want to get an exterminator. Well, I work up a few mornings this past week to flying black ants all over my bed. I was totally grossed out, Husband still did not want an exterminator. The straw that broke the camel's back was the morning I woke up and the window was covered in them and many ON MY BED. I couldn't even sleep in my bed. I told my husband we ARE getting an exterminator. I looked for exterminators in my zip code and Susan's came up. I read all the positive reviews and called. She gave me a quote right on the phone and sent someone out that same day. The price was fair with no contract. The tech put granules outside the whole house in the dirt, sprayed the perimeter of the house, sprayed the window where the ants were coming in, and then sprayed the inside of the entire house, even my attic. Susan did recommend having an exterminator three times a year, change of season different bugs. The tech told my husband what she did would take care of all the bugs I find. I can't wait to be bug-free, and I will most definitely call again to remain bug-free. Susan and the tech were very friendly and professional to deal with.
