In response to my call, their A/C specialist (“FRED”) phoned me on Weds April 24th 2024, and was here before 8am the very next morning (Thurs) to inspect my split-type central A/C system. He quickly determined that the outdoor Condenser Unit (30 yrs old) and the indoor 'Coil' (20 yrs old) needed replacement. He carefully explained my various equipment options, and then gave me a VERY reasonable estimate. I put down a Deposit via my credit card. My HVAC stopped working on a Wednesday. I called Superior and had an appointment set for the next day. Technician arrived on time. The problem was diagnosed and resolved within 30 mins. My wife and I are COMPLETELY satisfied with the services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Superior Comfort Heating.
