RETENTION! RETENTION! RETENTION! I spent years searching for a salon that I could make it to my 2 week fill without looking crazy. Been going to Kelly for almost a year and have gone from 2 week fills to once a month. From quality, to efficiency, to just looking amazing every time I will never go anywhere else.
