By far the best experience I’ve ever had or heard about by any law firm in my life! Dave and his team treated me like family! Always immediately answered any questions! Fought for what I deserved! And even treated me and my daughter to the sixers game knowing how much she wanted to go but I couldn’t afford at the time. Just amazing! I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times to anyone who wants to have the best experience and get what they rightfullydeserve! When I was first injured I had very little hope of receiving a settlement. I found out that my employer carried no workers compensation insurance and I had always been paid in cash so the company had no employment record of me. Despite these obstacles Mr. Cohen agreed to represent me and was able to get me a substantial settlement for my injuries through the Uninsured Employers Guarantee Fund.
