Absolutely amazing, won’t go anywhere else. I had a custom suit made for my wedding and in preparation dropped it off to be pressed before the big day. Fast forward to the wedding day where an espresso martini was spilled on me and cause quite a bit of damage. I dropped the suit off with limited hope, but was ecstatic to see the result. A conversation was shared regarding the effort that was put into cleaning the suit and white shirt - 3 times through the process, but was still only charged the normal fee. This place is incredible and fair!
I had a luxury ivory gown that had minimal instructions for cleaning, merely “luxury dry cleaners only.” It was dirty at the bottom after being worn. The owner told me he would do his best to research the cleaning process before moving forward. Once he determined which chemical should be used, he asked for my green light to proceed. The dress came out perfectly! And for a very reasonable price. I am so pleased! Thank you for your great service.
I was in a pinch, on a Monday morning, and needed a new suit altered quickly - for an event that Wednesday. Both the sleeves and legs needed to be hemmed.
While this is not typical service, they stepped up and took the job. My suit was promised for Wednesday.
