Called Sunday 1/30/22 , locked out of apartment was quoted $120 , person came out and got us in 10 min and charged $240. Called business owner 5 days straight and said it was a contractor and they could not do anything about it ,and would not give contractors info to pursue contractor directly. The contractor took advantage of 2 college kids who were in shock, he also asked for Venmo which is also shady and no receipt given. DO NOT use this company, satisfaction is not guaranteed!
Do not use this company. They destroyed my front door and left it hanging by a hinge because they weren't able to change the lock out that they had put in. Action news helpline went to my aid they ignored them. I am currently in contact with the attorney general of Pennsylvania to make sure that these people live up to the promise of professionalism.O oh and they never return phone calls
Wouldn't give me a quote or estimate up front when I called. Underestimated how long they'd take to get here, but locksmith arrived in under an hour. The guy charged over $300 for basically shimmying a lock open with a key and screwdriver (did not even have to replace or drill open lock). I got ripped off under stressful circumstances in a way that left a bad taste in my mouth...
