There so nice to me and am only 11 and one of them calls me bestie and i think there so supportive and trust me when u walk out u walking out sharp and neat and nice so i will always give u guys 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Gave me heat damage. And when I asked if she could turn it down some she ignored me.They also made me feel really uncomfortable, was not welcoming at all. My hair did come out cute though
When I first started going 3 yrs ago they were great. Now the last 2 experiences I had being as though we still wear mask they make you feel uncomfortable, they tlk about you and my very last experience she pulled out my hair. I had long thick hair but not thick enough to be tangled and pulled. When I got home later I went to put it in a ponytail and it's so thin I can take straighteners and do the whole ponytail now. 😩 my daughter doesn't even want to go back. So bye went from happy to disappointed. Update: 10 months later and my hair has not grown back it's been itchy, and every time I comb or brush it, it's coming out.
