Studio: 10/10 (went to the center city one on 7th near jewelry’s row) the space is tiny but that’s what you get for a city studio.
Instructor: (Meghan Gallagher) 100/10 | she was really nice and super thorough with her explanations. Very good energy. I liked when she made us do the exercises she simulated a class like lower lights and did the counting
Class: 8/10 | I went to the starter 50 which I am happy I did. The class itself was obviously a lot of listening and watching but I feel like I have a good grasp of the reformer now.
I took T’ianna class at SolidCore Center City today, and it was everything I hoped for. I spent the morning reading reviews, and so many people had amazing things to say about her—I had to sign up. From the moment I walked in, she felt like a big sister. During class, it was like she knew exactly when I needed help and would subtly demonstrate without making me feel called out. Afterward, even with her next class walking in, she sat with me, encouraged me, and told me how strong I was. It truly made my day. It was the only workout I did today, and it was more than enough. She absolutely deserves her flowers, and I can’t wait to take her class again. Thank you, T’ianna

solidcore center city is THE studio to go to!! the management and coaching team are absolutely amazing, and of course they deliver the infamous solidcore workout with REAL RESULTS! The coaches are intentional, personable, and knowledgeable. I’ve brought 3 first timers to this studio and they absolutely loved it. 86 classes and counting for me at solidcore center city I’m so ready to continue my post athletics fitness journey in such a productive, fun, and rewarding way!
