Excellent experience and service all around. And the windows are gorgeous! They really elevate my homes aesthetic. Bryan was so professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. He was so hands on during the process keeping me fully updated. The crew installing was SO nice and mindful walking through the home. No mess left behind. Just swift excellent work from an awesome crew. So so so thankful I did my homework and got many quotes. Smart shield far exceeded my expectations and can't stop referring friends and family enough!

I researched replacement windows for a couple of months and received quotes from several vendors. Smart Shield was the last company I contacted, and they were the obvious choice. Rob's sales approach was straightforward, not pushy in any way, and he did not take up hours of my time explaining why their windows are better than the competition (which nearly every other vendor did). Update (9 months later): Adding onto my original review. Still 5-star service. Since my first project I’ve had Smart Shield come back to do 7 more windows, a sliding glass door to my deck, 2 doors, and 2 storm doors. All minor issues were resolved promptly (aside from when needing to reorder a replacement part). They even offered to installed new black shudders I purchased at no labor charge while they were there for a door installation. Overall, happy with all services provided by this team. They are exceptional and have great customer service. Highly recommend!
