The woman with the blonde hair was very friendly . And she did a great job cutting my hair . ? I'm guessing she is the owner hence the name rubias. I only got a cut . But she did a great job. Everyone else in there had to rude attitudes. I walk in and they just stared at me . Like hello? Can I get some nice service?
