So I have gone twice for a consult, once for hip stretch marks, the other time for facial laser. Both times, Lauren has spent over an hour with me talking about what options are best for me. The most notable was the facial laser consult. She held a mirror to me and ask me to point out problem areas. She ended up convincing me that I might not need such an aggressive treatment, and actually gave me over the counter options. I left with a few free samples as well. She was incredible and really took the time to explain the benefits and disadvantages of treatments. She could have gotten me to spend a ton of money on treatments that I didn't need, but she was extremely honest...read full review
