I have been going here for years and I heard the horror storries of places putting relaxers in with shampoo its not possible for you not to smell the chemical and you can also bring your own shampoo and conditioner and ahe will use it. I do tell her whn at I want in a trim I tell her the inches to take off becauae she will give you a "true trim" my hair has been growing great with her doing it. No issues here at all . I also am natural no relaxer in my hair for 8 years . I usually go every other month because my hair last that long unless I sweat or rain my hair usualy stays wrapped unless Im going out which also contributes to it lasting.
