I had maintenance done on my roof and requested a new downspout bcz the one I had was dented in one place. Instead the guys come out and painted the existing one and got paint on my newly stained deck. It took a bit of doing, but the issue has been resolved. Moving forward I hope the company will show their customers they are valued and do what is right
I cannot say how helpful these roofers are. They are very responsive and completely respectful. Unlike another roofer I had, these roofers completely stand by their guarantee. They have fixed a complicated problem that two other roofers couldn't, roofers who, despite their guarantee, never answered when contacted. Roof gurus get back to you right away. Use these roofers and forget anyone else.
So I haven't officially hired this company yet, but we are leaning towards them, but when I got on here and saw some of these reviews, I was really surprised. to start , I will say that when I decided it was time to get our roof worked on finally -I figured I would call three companies to get estimates and choose from there. BUT so many people are snakes and lazy snakes at that! lol I ended up having over 8 companies actually come and give me the estimateS but I got another 4 estimates over the phone. So I really made sure that I did my research and did my due diligence because I've learned the hard way in the past that I need to. So on the phone, I was told that Joe the owner was coming, but I'm pretty sure a guy named Andrew was the one who came and spoke to us . But all I can say is he was beyond helpful and as far as we can tell, they are one of maybe 3 companies we are left choosing from who actually plan on doing the work correctly and not just the easy way. And pricewise so far, they weren't the cheapest estimate I got, but they were also thousands away from being the highest estimate I got. If we end up using them, I will definitely update this within the next month and add some pics of the before and after.
