This was my first time coming to red Lotus Nail and spa, I’m gonna have to say the service was immaculate. With the salon. Being open on Sunday was an extra plus and my nail technician Ruby did a full service on me today. She was absolutely phenomenal
I stopped by the nailery after work and was greeted by Roxy the owner. She had me choose my color and wait for Sophia. It wasn't a long wait and I'm so glad I did. Sophia created new hands and feet on me! She is an amazing nail tech. I was so touched by Roxy's kindness after she offered me kindness and a gift! I will be back. 10 Stars!
The owner is very nice however the technician are some of the rudest technicians I have ever encountered. I like the salon as it is in my neighborhood I have seen techs get up and stop doing nails, techs refusing to complete services, they are not welcoming when entering the salon.
