Meredith is an incredible practitioner and I highly recommend seeing her! I have never experienced any one who is able to hold space for me in the way that she is. I have experienced emotional releases, and relief from stubborn TMJ flare ups. Amazing experience every time I see her!
I found Meredith through Google and am so happy I did! It is hard to find someone trained in intra oral massage and she was fabulous. Not only did she work on my jaw, but she was able to find areas in my shoulders that didn’t even know were tight, and was able to release the pain from them. She took the time to discuss all my areas of concern and made me feel welcome and at home in her space. I look forward to my next session!
Meredith began our session with a short talk to understand how I was feeling and if I had any areas of concern. Once in the massage room, she was very sensitive to the temperature and whether I wanted the bed heated. The room itself was nicely appointed and the bed was made up with the softest sheets.
Meredith focused on the area I wanted. The other areas were massaged as well, from feet to scalp. I purchased a pack of massages and am already planning my next visit.
