Five stars don’t do justice to the incredible people who are part of the PsCO Philly management, especially Jen, the property manager of the Civic Building. I recently moved from Miami to Philadelphia, and they personally made sure to help me with everything, literally.When I urgently needed to relocate to Philadelphia, Soul was very kind to give me a virtual tour of the studio I wanted to move to and made all the arrangements as fast as he could, allowing me to transition from Miami to Philly within a week.Adriana or Brianna was the sweetest front desk person and helped me by showing me the loading dock and providing detailed information for when my storage container...read full review

Had a blast living here. Military friendly and parking is never an issue. Close to parks and trails and Center City. Aldi is a couple blocks away. Stone’s Beer is the same building. New Samsung appliances including a washer and dryer. Pelotons in the 24/7 gym. And your mail/packages are safe!

We've lived at a PSCo property now for about four months. We've found the company to be responsive, engaged, enthusiastic and realistic in their delivery. The products they manage are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is incredible from front desk, regional manager to leadership. Over four months, we've met much of the team even without expecting it! As long as we rent and live in the same area of Philly, I will look to stay with PSCo and love their involvement in small businesses both locally or of their tenants. I honestly thought I was the crazy one (based on other philadelphia properties I've lived at) thinking a property management company could be 'human'...read full review
