Primo Roofing did an excellent job. We highly recommend working with this family-owned company, originally recommended to us by a center city friend who works in real estate. We live in a tight center city neighborhood, and access to our roof deck was very challenging. They removed our decking, installed a new modified bitumen deck, came back a couple months later and applied 2 coats of ultraflex coating to unify the roof. They had to work around AC units and very limited access. It was not an easy job. The quality of the work seems excellent, and they were very professional and careful with their work. Primo also applied an aluminum silver coating to our main roof for maintenance purposes. We worked primarily with Joe Jr. and found him to be very knowledgeable, creative, good at explaining, and up to the challenge. The price was very good.
